THE FIRST LESSON I LEARNT THIS MONTH!!!!!!

Happy new month!!!!!!!!!
A month known for love;we all want to(including myself) be loved,appreciated and taken seriously at some point in our lives,but we tend to forget the confusion we put those who wish to do that for us!I learnt something today from a very resourceful man of God;about what we say we are, not matching  up with what we do,if you understand what i mean!
We have to define who we are not only with our lips but also with our feet,,,,both have to be in the same direction;
That way, we do not confuse ourselves and  others.People get to see us just the way we are without any form of confusion,the appreciation and respect following suit.
Be your own kind  of person and mean it,,,even the devil will be afraid of you!!!!!!

Life is but a wave,
just when you think it is up,it goes down;
You can never be sure of its turnings;
Life never waits for you to be well,
it gives you so much pleasure and yet,
so much pain;
It gives you a whole lot of reasons to rejoice,
but stabs you in the back,causing you so much grief;
As life keeps moving,keep moving as well;
Don't try to take your life because life
did not treat you kind;
For your information;you are not a target,
life hates no one neither has no favorites!
Stop wasting time,life will not wait for you!
Even the tiniest moment of uncertainty
can cause you something in life;
Also,life is not in a hurry;it moves at its own pace!
You can only move ahead of people, not ahead of life,
Do not be hasty in decision making,
for most times,life decides after we must have made mistakes;
Life gives us multiple choices,yet,it does not wait too long for us to choose.
I often hear people exclaim with a sigh,
'Hmmm,that is life for you!!!!'
Whilst i agree to disagree with them,
i still believe it takes one who sees with the eye of an eagle,
to understand and prosper in the affairs of LIFE!!!!!!!!

The "C" lesson

I bought a smart device worth a thousand dollars a year ago and now it's valued for six hundred dollars.

I bought a jacket worth a hundred dollars and in just a few months,its price went down as twenty five dollars.

Material things always have a value,and a tendency to fade away when new innovations come into life.

Stop hanging onto material things for no matter how much you cherish them,they will one day loose their value,yea,even the most precious and expensive as gold will not soothe your aching heart when you're down!

Cherish your respect as a man!

Cherish your virtue as a woman!

Cherish your love for family!

Cherish that friend who has always been there for you!

Cherish every morning you wake up to for its glow!

Cherish that special one who makes you smile!

Cherish your beliefs!

Cherish the fear of God for it's the beginning of wisdom!

For what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul?

Apology tendered,accepted or not?the most important thing is that there was an apology!Either way,one must leave feeling relieved or even more agitated,but you know what,you don't have to feel bad after an apology,because if it doesn't decrease your problem by 100% it will,by 50%.

I have learnt to apologise even when I don't feel like because it saves time and relieves me of unnecessary argument as well as awkward positions.

Hah,I don't have to explain myself,what a relief!👌😝😜

Putting The Toilet Lid Down

Ken is very good about putting the toilet seat down.  He has been ever since we got married.  I am very grateful for that!  However, we have two cats who like to drink out of our toilet.  I don't want them drinking out of it because I don't think it is sanitary for them or for us to sit where the cats have been standing.

I decided the way to stop them was to keep the toilet lid down.  I have asked Ken several times to do it giving him my reasons why.  He remembers once in awhile but not often.  I walked past the bathroom yesterday and the lid was up.

I thought, "I could either be upset with him, scold him, and remind him once more or I can forget about it and just close it myself."  I decided to do the latter.  I spent way too many years being upset with him because he wasn't doing things the way I wanted him to do them.  It accomplished nothing good, just a bad marriage.

All of our husbands do things that can irritate us if we let them.  Women write me often about their husbands not helping with the children or housework, etc.  We all have a choice to make on how we are going to respond.  We can tell them our desires one time, maybe a few more, but then let it go.

Being angry and upset are Satan's tools to drive a wedge in the relationship.  Don't let him succeed.  God wants us to pursue peace even when things aren't going our way and our husbands are not "obeying" us.

Life is so much sweeter when you don't let your emotions control you but you decide to do what is right instead.  Keeping peace in your marriage is worth the sacrifice of not getting your way.  Accept your husband just the way he is with all of his faults and bad habits and you will find life to be much more peaceful and you will be much easier to live with for your whole family.  So next time you see the toilet lid up, his towel on the floor, or his dirty dishes in the sink, be a servant and put down the lid, pick up his towel, and clean his dirty dishes.  Peace is a beautiful thing.

Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy;

Time heals all wounds!

  Love takes time to heal when you're hurting so bad.I know most of you are already thinking,"oh!she's got her heart broken by a guy!'Well,I am sorry to disappoint you.I am actually talking about losing

a loved one to the cold hands of death!

I watched my friend,who recently lost her parents,cry her heart out and I began to imagine in my head,the pain she felt inside,unexplainable,I presumed!When I got home,I wept uncontrollably for her sake,then came the flashbacks!

  When I was thirteen,i lost my dear grandmother.I felt so terrible inside that I became angry at the world,because I didn't even get enough time to spend with her.She held a special place in my heart as she was the reason I am walking perfectly today.I felt a deep hole in my heart for a great deal of time,with hurt and pain I couldn't explain.Then gradually,I stopped being angry and the pain also stopped with time.

  I know it doesn't measure up to the pain my friend,or you are feeling right now,from losing a parent or both,a wife,a husband,a best friend,a child or anyone you held so close to your heart.If there is any consolation,find one in the fact that no matter how hard it is,time heals all wounds.Do not lose yourself!
